Keynote - How Next-Gen Networking Drives Modern Business

Cloudifying the Enterprise Edge for Performance and Efficiency
Edge computing, where compute is moved closer to the user, such as in the enterprise branch office or on a device, is driving a re-think of the enterprise demilitarized zone (DMZ) and its connectivity to the cloud. Rather than a collection of individual appliances, the enterprise DMZ is moving to a cloud architecture using a shared compute infrastructure with software modules (virtual network functions, or VNFs), providing traditional DMZ functions such as a security, load balancing, SD-WAN, and WAN optimization. This session will highlight how this new perimeter-less enterprise architecture will allow for rapid deployment of new applications and increased performance.
What's Next for SD-WANs and SASE?
SD-WANs have become the Swiss Army knife of networking, letting enterprise users leverage different transport services to securely connect sites and users.
