Access to the Interop Media List
The 2019 Media List will be available in the Exhibitor Portal beginning Friday, April 19. The list will give you the opportunity to coordinate on-site interviews and meetings with pre-registered press, analysts, and bloggers before the event.
PR agencies will need to obtain login information to the Exhibitor Services portal from their client for access to the media list.
Inclusion in Official Press Release
If your company is planning to make an announcement leading up to or at Interop, we can help you increase exposure through a press release detailing exhibitor news, to be distributed one week before the event on Monday, May 13. See last year's press release as an example.
Instructions on how to participate are available in the Exhibitor Portal. The deadline to submit is Friday, May 3, 2019. Please note that submissions cannot exceed 50 words and no marketing copy will be considered.
If you would like to participate in this opportunity but not release specific details of your announcement, we can accommodate you.
The Interop Media Center is available for registered media and analysts to hold briefings with event Sponsors and Exhibitors. Should you need a separate room for recorded interviews, please contact [email protected].

Press Release Guidelines
Interop owns its brand and content, and it must approve any third-party use of its brands and content.
If you plan to write a press release about your exhibitor announcement, sponsorship, or other activities around the event, please follow these guidelines:
- The date and location of the event should be included in the first paragraph: Interop is happening May 20–23, 2019, at the Mirage in Las Vegas, NV.
- Event boilerplate should be included in the press release (see below).
