Bio: I've attended Interop since the late 90's and was always curious who were "those behind the glass." Beginning in 2004, as an ITM (Interop Team Member) I began participating in the bi-annual event. Interop gives me the opportunity to work with some of the finest engineers in the business and glean practical real-world experience I incorporate into my practice (consulting). It's insanely hard work, but always worth it. It's exciting to say you worked with a lot of really great talent deploying the world's largest and most complex temporary civilian networks - all done in under 5 days!
