InteropNet Team Lead Selection
The InteropNet Team Leads are selected individually for each event based on their expertise and years of proven experience. The InteropNet staff engineers make the primary selections based on skills, experience, willingness to perform all tasks, past InteropNet experience and the technological needs of the InteropNet.
InteropNet Team Lead Benefits

InteropNet Volunteer Selection
The InteropNet Volunteers are people from companies, universities and government institutions who donate their time to gain hands-on technical experience in the staging, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and tear down of the InteropNet. The volunteers are selected by the InteropNet staff based on the applicant's skill set, overall experience, willingness to work, flexibility and past history with the InteropNet. InteropNet Volunteer Education Benefits
In addition to hands-on experience, InteropNet Volunteers can attend private courses taught by industry experts--the InteropLabs Instructors. Each volunteer will also have the opportunity to work alongside the experts for a day in the InteropLabs and learn about the industry's leading-edge products and technologies. In addition, every InteropNet Volunteer will receive complimentary registration to attend the Interop Full Conference pass plus one tutorial OR workshop of his choice.
