Mr. Ross has over 20 years of experience designing, building and operating service provider networks such as MindSpring, NetRail, Internap and Comcast. Additionally he is an active member of the North American Network Operators Group (NANOG), the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF), is currently a candidate for election to the American Registry for Internet Numbers (ARIN) Advisory Council (AC), serves on Telxʼs technical advisory board, and is a 17 year veteran volunteer engineer for the InteropNet, serving as Externals and Routing Team Lead.

Past roles for Mr. Ross have included a networking leadership role at the University of Florida, from which he holds a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications.
Recently Mr. Ross started Network Utility Force a professional services firm that focuses on IPv6, peering, MPLS, GMPLS and security.

As president and CEO of Visage Mobile, Bzur brings more than 15 years of executive experience in sales, managed services, and Internet business with companies such as Asurion Managed Wireless, Accenture, Cambridge Technology Partners and DigitalThink. With nearly a decade of experience specifically in the enterprise mobility space, Bzur has worked with a large number of Fortune 500 companies and government agencies as they have navigated through large scale deployments of mobile assets and services. Bzur also owns an incredible number of bowties.

Tony Pino is Vice President of Strategic Alliances (Global) for Virtustream. Tony’s primary responsibility is to establish, develop, and maintain strong professional sales relationships with current and future Channel Partners. He also provides support for other channel efforts such as recruitment and training, strategic campaigns, and coordinates co-selling activities. Tony has a proven record of success providing high tech products, services and solutions to Commercial and Government clients in a global environment. He possesses a very strong focus on satisfying customers while obtaining paramount results. His core strength is in building teams, organizations, partnerships, and customer relationships.

Tony started his career as a software developer designing systems for various Federal Agencies. Subsequently, he became a senior consultant delivering network and complete system architectures for both Federal and Enterprise clients. Tony also served as a Director of pre-Sales Engineers at Inktomi. In 2002, he joined Matt Theurer and Sean Jennings at Brigh Technologies, Inc. specializing in Disaster Recovery and highly available systems architectures. He served as Vice President of Business Development and Sales with Brigh Technologies. Tony earned an M.S. degree in Information Systems from the University of Maryland.

Jeff re-joined SAP in May 2010 as Director of Solution Management in the Virtualization and Cloud product group. Currently Jeff is a member of the team responsible for establishing and driving the direction for new products to help SAP customers more effectively and efficiently run their SAP systems in virtual and cloud environments. This includes gathering customer requirements based on business and technical needs, then communicating these in a prioritized manner to the development organization.

Prior to his second tenure at SAP, Jeff held positions as a Sr. Director of Product Marketing at Embarcadero, responsible for the product marketing and product management efforts of Embarcadero’s Java products, as a Director in the Platform Solution Marketing at SAP where he was responsible for all outbound marketing activities related to SAP’s Java and ABAP developer tools, and in various roles over 16 years with Sun Microsystems.

Jeff holds a BA in Mathematics from West Chester University, and an MS in Computer Science from Villanova University.

Matt Waldbusser has spent 14 years in the IT industry with a focus on product management, sales and consulting. Matt has been designing and selling cloud solutions for over 3 years and is a product manager in the IBM WebSphere organization focusing on developing and running Cloud Centric applications. Residing in Austin, Matt has Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of Texas at Austin.

Steve is responsible for the Global Go to Market of the Huawei Enterprise IP Product Line. This multi billion portfolio includes branch and high end routing, campus and data center switching, wireless LAN, network management, and optical and microwave transmission products. Steve is committed to helping Huawei achieve its enterprise goal of $15b by 2015!

Prior to his current role at Huawei, Steve was Senior Director at Cisco Systems. During a 16 year period he was responsible for product management of physical security products and was a founder of Cisco’s Physical Security Business Unit in the Emerging Technology Group, network security .. where he was a founder of the VPN and Security Business Unit, and high end routing where he was responsible for the launch of Cisco’s 7500 and 7200 lines which became a $4b product line for the company.

Previous roles included product management and marketing responsibilities for data communications, mobile and networking products at AT&T and British Telecom.

Steve has an MBA from the University of Aston, UK and a BSc in Management Science from UMIST, UK. He is a father of two, a naturalized US citizen, lives in the California Bay Area, and enjoys soccer, motorcycling and shooting.

Jared Wray is the architect of the Tier 3 Enterprise Cloud Platform. Wray founded Tier 3 in 2006 to address the emerging need for enterprise on-demand services. Wray oversees the company’s development, support and operations teams and is responsible for the company’s intellectual property strategy and new product development. Leveraging the tenets of virtualization, automation, abstraction, Wray designed the enterprise cloud architecture with unique intellectual property at every layer of the stack. The result today is an agile, self-optimizing, enterprise grade cloud platform for customers’ mission-critical, production applications. Wray relies on his extensive experience directly managing and scaling large Web infrastructures and consulting for a number of financial, consulting, and technology companies such as companies such as Corbis Corporation, Ascentium, and Microsoft. A serial entrepreneur, Wray previously founded Dual, an interactive development firm with clients such as Microsoft and Nintendo.
