Peder is CMO of Cloud.com and sets the direction and strategy around corporate identity, product marketing and demand generation. Peder has a strong track record of bringing new, market defining open source technologies to market. Prior to joining Cloud.com, Peder was senior vice president of marketing at Sun Microsystems where he was responsible for open sourcing the Java platform, building a business with OpenSolaris and establishing Sun as a leader in the open source enterprise software market. Additionally, Peder has served at a number of open source technology startups and also held product leadership positions at Cisco and Symantec.
