PICKING UP YOUR BADGE

Speaker Registration will be located in Breakers B on the 2^nd Level of the South Convention Center. Download a printable version of the venue floor plan.

We ask that you arrive on-site 1 hour prior to your scheduled session time.

Your Speaker Badge - With this badge you will have access to the Interop Las Vegas Conference, Tuesday – Thursday. This includes conference sessions, exhibit floor, keynotes, and free education sessions. We hope that you take advantage of this pass and explore the event.

SESSION SCHEDULE

To view your conference session(s), please go to http://www.interop.com/lasvegas/2012/speaker-list/ and find your name.

To the right of your name, you will find a plus icon. Once you click on this icon, your session(s) will be listed. Clicking on the plus icon next to the session title will provide all details for your session(s).

SUBMITTING YOUR PRESENTATION

SESSION EVALUATIONS

We are continuing our use of our new evaluation/ feedback process at Interop Las Vegas.

HOW IT WORKS:
Attendees will scan their badges at the entry to every session they attend. Evaluation forms will get emailed directly to each attendee 15 minutes before the end of each session. This email will contain a link to a simple survey to complete. These surveys are designed to be easily accessible with a mobile device.

Please encourage all attendees to provide feedback on the conference via the evaluations.

For each completed evaluation the attendee will be entered into a drawing to win a Kindle Fire*. The winner will be notified via email post-show.

SPEAKER COMPETITION
Based on the responses from this system, we will be ranking our speakers, sessions, and response rate. The results will be displayed digitally on a leader board in Speaker Services. We will post the rankings in Breakers B each day.

SPEAKER BENEFITS

1. Publicity

   As a Speaker, your name, title, company, and biography will be featured on the Interop Las Vegas 2012 website.

2. **Complimentary Registration for the Entire Event

   We welcome you, as a speaker, to attend the entire event, including all conference sessions, demonstrations and exhibits, as well as all meals and social functions. You will be exempt from any conference registration fee.

3. **Three Complimentary Single Session Passes

   You will receive (3) complimentary session passes to be used in the session in which you are speaking. These passes can be given to three guests of your choice. These passes can be requested in Speaker Services when you arrive on-site at the event. Please note each guest will need to register for a complimentary expo pass to use in conjunction with the session pass. These passes are not valid for Interop workshops taking place Sunday and Monday, May 6th and 7th.

4. Access to Speaker Services

   Speaker Services is a place for you to relax, prepare for your session or have small meetings. You will have access to Speaker Services during the conference located in Breakers B on the 2nd Level of the South Convention Center. Speaker Services will be open:

   Monday, May 7:	7:00am – 5:00pm
   Tuesday, May 8:	7:00am – 5:00pm
   Wednesday, May 9:	7:00am – 5:00pm
   Thursday, May 10:	8:00am – 1:30pm

5. Registration Discounts for Friends and Family
