If you are registering for an All Access Pass and would like to attend the InformationWeek CIO Summit, you must call registration at 866-535-8992 or 415-947-6916 to have the InformationWeek CIO Summit added to your registration at no additional charge.
PLEASE NOTE:
- All paid Educational packages include access to the Interop Expo, Keynotes, InteropNet Tours, a full calendar of free sessions and a Conference Notebook.
- All educational packages include lunch. Expo and Expo Plus packages do not include lunch.
- By registering for Interop Las Vegas, you are confirming that you are 18 years of age or older. Interop Las Vegas is open to IT industry professionals and proof of industry involvement is required. You will be asked to present a business card as well as a photo id to collect your badge.
- You may also register by submitting a registration form pdf by fax to 415-947-6011 or by mail to: Interop Las Vegas 2013 Registration Department, 303 Second St., 9th Floor South Tower, San Francisco, CA 94107. Registration Policies: Cancellations, Substitutions & Changes:
If you need to cancel your Interop Las Vegas 2013 Conference registration, you may do so for a full refund, less a $250.00 service charge until April 1, 2013. Attendees who register prior to or after the deadline date, who do not cancel in writing by the deadline date are liable for the pass cost and will be charged for the full registration fee. Sorry, no refunds are available for no-shows. If you are unable to attend the event, we recommend that you send a substitution in your place. Please fax your cancellation or substitution request to 415-947-6011 using the "Registration Change Form". There is no cancellation fee for Expo and Expo Plus passes.
Written requests for a downgraded pass must be received no later than April 1, 2013 for a full refund on the difference of registration fees between the value of the original and downgraded pass. Sorry, requests received after April 1, 2013 cannot be accommodated. Upgrade pass requests must be submitted in writing along with payment information for the difference in value. UBM Tech, a division of UBM LLC. reserves the right to rescind any registration and in that event will return 100% of the registration fee. All dates and times of the Interop Las Vegas 2013 program are subject to change.
If you have a disability and require special assistance, please contact the operations manager at interoplvregistration@ubm.com by April 1, 2013. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted at Interop Las Vegas, including infants and proof of industry involvement is required. Event is open only to trade participants and is not open to the public. Recording devices and cameras, still or video, are prohibited. Attendee consents to any recording of the event by UBM Tech, a division of UBM LLC or its designees.
Government, Non-Profit & Education Discounts
Discounts are available for Groups of 3 or more and organizations affiliated with Government, Education or Non-for-Profit sectors. These discounts apply to the All Access and Main Conference passes only* and must be paid in full by April 30, 2013.
All group discount registrations must be submitted from the same company at the same time (within 24 hours). Each attendee must complete a separate registration form. Group discounts cannot be combined with any other offers.
