Beginning February 28, the Interop Las Vegas media list will be available for download in the Exhibitor Services portal. This list will give you the opportunity to coordinate on-site interviews and meetings with pre-registered press, analysts and bloggers prior to the event. Once available, the media list will be updated each Friday leading up to the event.
If your company is planning to make an announcement leading up to or at Interop, we can help you increase exposure through a press release detailing exhibitor news, which we distribute one week prior to the event on Monday, March 24. To participate, complete the submission form in the PR Services section of the Exhibitor Portal. Please note that submissions cannot exceed 50 words and no marketing copy will be considered.
The deadline for inclusion is Friday, March 14. Please see last year's press release as a sample for your submission. If you would like to participate in this opportunity but not release specific details of your announcement, we can accommodate you.
Meeting space for media briefings is available on-site for exhibitors who have secured meetings with the media. Beginning Monday, March 3, this space will be available for pre-reservation in half hour and one hour increments with a time limit of three hours per day/per exhibitor, in order to make this benefit available to all participating exhibitors.
Please note that the Media Center may only be used by exhibitors when accompanied by a member of the media. For each meeting, one attendee must be registered as media and the other must be a registered exhibitor or speaker.
