Beginning March 27, the media list will be available for download in the Exhibitor Services Portal. This list will give you the opportunity to coordinate on-site interviews and meetings with pre-registered press, analysts and bloggers prior to the event. Once available, the media list will be updated each Friday until the event.
*PR agencies will need to obtain login information to the Exhibitor Services portal from their client for access to the media list.*
If your company is planning to make an announcement leading up to or at Interop, we can help you increase exposure through a press release detailing exhibitor news, to be distributed one week prior to the event on April 20. See last year's press release as an example.
Instructions on how to participate will be available closer to the event. Please note that submissions cannot exceed 50 words and no marketing copy will be considered. If you would like to participate in this opportunity but not release specific details of your announcement, we can accommodate you.
Meeting space is available on-site for exhibitors who have secured briefings with the media. Beginning March 30, this space will be available for pre-reservation in half hour or one hour increments with a time limit of three hours per day/per exhibitor, in order to make this benefit available to all participating exhibitors. Check back for instructions.
Please note that the Media Center may only be used by exhibitors when accompanied by a member of the media. For each meeting, one attendee must be registered as media and the other must be a registered exhibitor or speaker.
