Email Rewards Program - Free Ad Space and Conference Passes

By promoting special discounts on Interop Las Vegas registration (and inviting customers to visit your booth), you have the opportunity to earn up to three free conference passes and/or ad spaces in emails to pre-registered attendees.

To deploy, you'll upload your logo and company information into Exhibitor Invites, a tool that will automatically generate a co-branded email for your review and approval. Distribute free Expo Passes and a 40% discount off Conference Passes to clients and prospects. This is an excellent way to invite customers and prospects to visit your booth or listen to your company's representatives within a conference session at Interop Las Vegas 2009. Distribute passes through all your sales channels, such as your customer base, prospects, sales offices and user groups to increase booth traffic.

Blog About Interop

Encourage your company's bloggers to write a post that ties in to your Interop presence. We will re-post event-related blog entries on the Interop Blog. Posts should be informational and insightful rather than strictly promotional. Here are two good examples:

Twitter About Your Company

Provide updates about your company's activities at Interop, product updates and other news through twitter and we will re-tweet it on Interop's twitter account if applicable to the event.

Pre-Reg Attendee List for Exhibitor Created Direct Mail Piece

Give pre-registered attendees advance notice that you will be at Interop Las Vegas. The pre-registered Interop attendee list will be available for a one-time use, pre-event, by any exhibitor for direct mailing. Get more information on this opportunity and associated deadlines.
