Welcome to Interop Las Vegas! We're glad to have your company as an exhibitor. To ensure that your company has the best experience at the show, we have developed several free tools to help drive booth traffic and promote your presence at Interop to customers and prospects:
- Free Co-Branded Email Program — Email Clients a 25% Discounted Conference Pass or Free Expo Pass (and Earn Rewards)
- Invitation Coupon - Post a 25% discount or free expo pass coupon on your website or ask sales team to distribute to clients
- Event logos, banner ads, signature button and 50-word event description - Post on your website, events page or elsewhere to promote your presence
- Microsite - Create a Interop Las Vegas page on your website for us to promote
- Blog – Write about business technology innovations and tie it to your booth activities
- Facebook - Participate on Interop's page or create your own event page
- Twitter - Tweet about your Company's Participation
- LinkedIn – Participate in the Interop group page or post discount offer on your group page
- YouTube – Post videos and let Interop know to favorite them
- Foursquare - Enhance attendee's booth experience with Foursquare
Free Co-Branded Email Program -- Email Clients a Discounted Conference Pass and/or Free Expo Pass and Earn Rewards
Use Interop's FREE email marketing tool to send your customers and prospects an email offering a free Expo Pass and a 25% discount on Conference Passes while inviting them to your booth.
Your Reward for Participating: Earn rewards that will help promote your presence at Interop. Choose from one of the following rewards:
- Free conference passes
- Ad space in email to pre-registered attendees
- Ad space on Interop Las Vegas website
To deploy, you'll upload your logo, company information and contact list into Exhibitor Invites, a tool that will automatically generate a co-branded email for your review and approval. Interop Las Vegas Email Program Contest
This year we are announcing a new contest for Interop Las Vegas exhibitors. The exhibitor who deploys all three emails and brings in the most verified attendees (minimum of 20) via the Exhibitor Invites program will receive 100 sq ft of complimentary booth space at Interop Las Vegas 2013. *

Invitation Coupon - Free Expo Pass and 25% off Conference
Provide free Expo Passes and a 25% discount off Conference Passes to clients and prospects. This is an excellent way to invite customers and prospects to visit your booth or listen to your company's representatives within a conference session at Interop. Distribute passes on your website and through all your sales channels, such as your customer base, prospects, sales offices and user groups to increase booth traffic.

Create an Interop page on your website for us to promote
Promote your presence and increase traffic to your booth by creating a microsite that highlights your company's program at Interop Las Vegas.
Blog about business technology and tie it your booth activities
Encourage your company's bloggers to write an editorial post which ties in to your Interop Las Vegas presence. Posts should be informational and insightful rather than strictly promotional.
Send all blog postings to Jason Quesada at for review. If approved, we'll promote the blog via our social media channels.
Facebook Page
Create a Facebook fan page about your presence at Interop Las Vegas and we'll highlight it as a favorite page on Interop's Facebook account. Feel free to contribute key facts, case studies or start discussions that pertain to your products and services. This is a great way for you to get additional exposure to the Interop community at no cost.
Tweet About Your Company
Provide updates about your company's activities at Interop, product updates and other news through twitter and we will re-tweet it on Interop's twitter account if applicable to the event. Include #Interop in your tweets for tracking purposes.
LinkedIn Page
Tell people you are exhibiting at Interop. Join the Interop group page and start a relevant discussion on topics covered at the event.
YouTube Videos
Create videos about your company's activities at Interop, product updates and other news, and post it on YouTube. Send us the URL and we'll add it to our favorites and promote it via our social media channels.
Foursquare
Foursquare is coming to Interop Las Vegas this year. You will be able to check-in locations all over the place! We'll create booth venues where you can check in and share info with others.
Please be sure to:
1. Add Interop as a friend to your Foursquare account
2. Add #Interop to your shout when you check in
3. Add a Tip to places that you check into to share cool info with others
4. Offer prizes to attendees who check in at your booth
