Welcome to Interop Las Vegas! We're glad to have your company as an exhibitor. It is our goal to ensure your company has the best experience at the show. To accomplish this, we have developed several tools to help drive booth traffic, all of which are all FREE opportunities for your company to promote its presence at the event to customers and prospects:

Co-Branded VIP Invitations -- Email Clients a 40% Discount Offer and Earn Rewards

Give your customers a free Expo Pass or a 40% discounts on Interop Conference Passes and invite them to your booth and earn up to three free conference passes and/or ad spaces in emails to pre-registered attendees.

Deploy an email by each of the specified dates to accumulate multiple rewards.

To deploy, you'll upload your logo and company information into Exhibitor Invites, a tool that will automatically generate a co-branded email for your review and approval. Interop Las Vegas Free Expo Pass PDF

Provide a free Expo Passes and 40% Conference discount to clients and prospects. This is an excellent way to invite customers and prospects to visit your booth or listen to your company's representatives within a conference session at Interop Las Vegas. Distribute passes through all your sales channels, such as your customer base, prospects, sales offices and user groups to increase booth traffic.

Create an Interop page on your website for us to promote

One pre-event strategy that will help promote your presence and increase traffic to your booth is to create a microsite that highlights your company's program at Interop Las Vegas.

Blog about IT and tie it your booth activities

Encourage your company's bloggers to write an editorial post that ties in to your Interop Las Vegas presence. We will re-post event-related blog entries on the Interop Blog. Posts should be informational and insightful rather than strictly promotional.

Post promotional blogs about your booth activities in MyInterop, the year-round community for IT and business leaders.

Facebook Page

Create a Facebook page about your presence at Interop and we'll highlight it as a favorite page on Interop's Facebook account. Feel free to contribute key facts, case studies or start discussions that pertain to your products and services. This is a great way for you to get additional exposure to the Interop community at no cost.

LinkedIn Page

Tell people you are exhibiting at Interop Las Vegas. Go to the Interop Las Vegas page, hover over the "Attending" button and select "Exhibiting" from the dropdown.

Tweet About Your Company

Using Twitter, provide updates about your company's activities at Interop, product updates and other news, and we will re-tweet it on Interop's twitter account if applicable to the event. Include #Interop in your tweets for tracking purposes.
