Speaker - Stefan Dyckerhoff, VP/GM, Midrange Routing, Cisco Systems Mr. Dyckerhoff is the Vice President & General Manager of the Midrange Routing Business Unit in Cisco?s Service Provider Group. In this role, he is responsible for managing a $1 Billion routing portfolio including the Cisco 7200, 7300, 7400 and 10720 router product lines as well as major next-generation developments targeted at both service provider and enterprise markets. In addition to running the Midrange Routing Business Unit, Mr. Dyckerhoff also has key cross-functional responsibilities such as setting the CPU strategy across business units, being the executive sponsor for some of Cisco?s biggest customers as well as being a senior member on the Enterprise and Service Provider Boards at Cisco. Mr. Dyckerhoff joined Cisco in 2004 as the director of product marketing for the Midrange Routing Business Unit. Mr. Dyckerhoff has eleven years of experience defining, developing and marketing leading-edge networking products. Prior to joining Cisco, he was a product line manager at Juniper Networks responsible for managing the Juniper T-series product line targeted at SP core networks. Also at Juniper Networks, Mr. Dyckerhoff was a senior engineering leader with technical leadership and senior management roles focusing on chip development and system architecture. As one of the first 25 employees at Juniper Networks, Mr. Dyckerhoff was instrumental in building the company?s foundation. His manifold technical and leadership contributions included three generations of Juniper packet forwarding ASICs and filing seven patent applications, of which five have been granted. Mr. Dyckerhoff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Duke University and a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
