Information security continues to evolve beyond traditional technologically-focused controls into meaningful risk-oriented and business-aligned capabilities. At the same time, the adversary community continues to refine and mature their capabilities, while the global compliance and regulatory landscape continues to grow at a rapid pace. [These changes and challenges all lead to the requirement for more intelligent threat driven investments in information security, which are based on business requirements and credible intelligence.] The Interop Las Vegas 2009 IT security track will focus on these challenges and the emerging concepts and leading industry practices which are being utilized to meet them.
