Critical Steps to Becoming A Cloud Provider:
The road to cloud services is a complex one, and goes in different directions depending on the focus and intent of the cloud provider. This workshop will provide a step-by-step strategy for moving into the cloud, to include managing vendor engagements, understanding how licensing agreements change in the cloud and wholesale space, and spelling out both the layers of business practices and the technology required. The workshop will explore the differences between pure-play cloud strategies and other approaches, and will examine how cloud services fit into the overall managed services portfolio of a service provider.
